NHE, INC. in Greenville, SC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations at two apartment communities in Greenville and Mauldin. You will supervise staff, schedule preventive maintenance, and coordinate inspections with the Community Manager.

A strong background in HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and safety is required, plus a valid driver's license. The role demands a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, with occasional travel between properties.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 5 years general maintenance experience and 1+ year of supervisory experience.
• Multi-family maintenance experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• EPA (Freon) certification and CAMT preferred; additional trade certifications are a plus.

Aufgaben

• Supervise and schedule maintenance staff; assign and monitor work.
• Coordinate with the Community Manager on inspections, move-ins/outs, and priorities.
• Manage service requests, ensuring timely completion and minimal callbacks.
• Plan and oversee apartment make-readies processes.
• Conduct daily property inspections to identify safety hazards and maintenance needs.
• Perform and schedule preventive maintenance on equipment and units.
• Order supplies and manage maintenance budget (with approval for major purchases).
• Coordinate vendor services, warranty work, and contract quality.
• Support hiring, training, and performance evaluation of maintenance staff.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and conduct periodic safety audits.
• Respond to emergencies (weather, fire, floods, etc.).
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of maintenance areas.
• Assist other communities as needed and perform additional duties as assigned.
