Job summary

IES seeks a Project Manager for a 100% travel role overseeing assigned projects across multiple locations. You will ensure safety, quality, and financial performance while coordinating staffing, materials, and customer delivery goals.

Requirements include 5+ years in management, telecom/construction experience, and proficiency with MS Office; travel within branch/regional territories is required. Competitive pay and benefits accompany the role.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• RCDD certification preferred.
• Minimum of five (5) years of supervisory or managerial experience.
• Five (5) years of experience in telecommunications or related field.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, manage, supervise project staff.
• Manage workload distribution and monitor delivery/installation progress.
• Plan for and monitor project profitability to meet company goals.
• Review job cost postings, invoices, collections and reporting.
• Manage quality and safety issues on customer work.
• Participate in bid processes.
• Act as liaison with customer representatives.
• Develop and implement process improvements.
• Attend to other assigned duties.
