Job summary

IES is seeking a 100% travel Project Manager based in West Monroe, LA, to oversee electrical and security systems projects from inception to completion. You will collaborate with engineering to define policies, recruit staff, monitor regional performance, and ensure safety, quality, and financial goals are achieved.

Extensive travel within the region is required. Must have at least five years in supervisory or managerial roles and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; Bachelor's preferred.
• Experience in supervisory or managerial roles (min 5 years).
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, MS Project).
• Ability to travel within territory as needed.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement project processes and standards with Engineering.
• Recruit, onboard, train and mentor staff across regions.
• Monitor regional performance through audits, reporting and site inspections.
• Manage project profitability and job costs, including invoicing and collections.
• Serve as primary liaison with customers and ensure expectations are met.
