Job summary

IES Communications is seeking a 100% travel Low Voltage Project Manager for the West Monroe, LA area. You will oversee project delivery, safety, quality, and financial performance while coordinating with technical teams to meet client expectations.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of supervisory experience in telecommunications or related fields and are proficient with MS Project and Microsoft Office. Travel across regions is required; compensation ranges from $115,000 to $125,000 per year plus

Qualifications

High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Minimum of five years of supervisory or managerial experience.
At least five years of telecommunications or related technical/construction experience.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and MS Project.

Responsibilities

Lead project management across assigned low-voltage telecom projects in coordination with Technical Manager and Engineering.
Recruit, onboard, train and mentor network operations staff across regions.
Monitor regional performance through audits, reporting and site inspections; manage budgets and profitability.
