Job summary

IES is a national provider of industrial products and infrastructure services across electrical, mechanical and communications contracting. The Low Voltage Project Manager oversees project delivery, cost control, safety and customer satisfaction while coordinating with Engineering and field staff.

Travel is required to support regional sites; extensive coordination, reporting and client communication are essential to ensure on-time completion and quality

Qualifications

  • Self-motivated, positive in approach, and able to lead others to improve project processes.
  • Promote company culture and mission to all employees and partners.
  • Proven problem solving, critical thinking, and verbal/written communication skills.
  • Ability to interpret blueprints and project documents and ensure quality requirements.
  • Experience managing multiple tasks and projects concurrently.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and MS Project.

Responsibilities

  • Define and implement network operations policies with Engineering.
  • Recruit, onboard, train, and mentor network technicians across region.
  • Monitor regional network operations via audits, reporting, and site inspections.
  • Manage project profitability and financial reporting to customers and management.
  • Serve as primary escalation point for site-level quality issues.
  • Interface with customers and manage account processes and staff performance.
