This full-time, direct-hire position requires frequent travel to project sites and close collaboration with customers and crews.

Key duties include supervising diverse crews, coordinating with customers, meeting deadlines, and maintaining project documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years supervisory or managerial experience.
• Five or more years in telecommunications or related construction fields.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, MS Project).
• Must meet driving standards and be able to travel as required.
• Ability to define projects, develop scope, estimates and manage tasks to completion.

Responsibilities

• Manage project crews, ensure safety and quality guidelines are followed.
• Act as senior liaison with customer representatives on site.
• Ensure deadlines and budgets are met for each project.
• Oversee workload distribution and staffing levels.
• Complete all paperwork on time and ensure closeout packages meet standards.
• Lead safety meetings and training sessions.
• Maintain tool and vehicle inventory and maintenance.
• Attend on-site meetings and act as primary customer contact.
