Job summary

IES Communications seeks a highly experienced Low Voltage Project Manager to lead assigned projects nationwide. You will oversee planning, execution, and delivery in line with safety, quality, and financial targets while driving customer satisfaction.

The role emphasizes staff leadership, budgeting, billings, and resolving issues across multiple sites with frequent travel and collaboration with engineering and technical teams.

Qualifications

• Must possess at least a High School diploma or GED equivalency; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Minimum of five (5) years of supervisory or managerial experience.
• Five (5) years of experience in telecommunications or a related technical/construction field.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and MS Project).

Responsibilities

• Define and implement network operations policies, procedures, and standards with Technical Manager and Engineering.
• Recruit, onboard, train and mentor Network Operations Technicians across an assigned region.
• Monitor regional network operations performance through audits, reporting, and site inspections.
• Manage workload distribution and monitor customer delivery and job installation progress.
• Plan for, manage, monitor and maintain project profitability to achieve company goals.
• Create, develop and implement account process improvements.
• Serve as primary escalation point for site-level quality issues and ensure client expectations are met.
