Job summary

IES Communications seeks a Low Voltage Project Manager to lead security systems projects, ensuring safety, quality, and financial performance. Will recruit and guide staff, oversee progress, and maintain profitability across assigned projects.

Requires strong communication, blueprint interpretation, and travel readiness to cover branch/region needs. Candidate must have supervisory experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while coordinating with

Qualifications

• Minimum High School or GED; Bachelor’s preferred.
• Experience interfacing with customers (customer liaison).
• Minimum five years of supervisory or managerial experience.
• Minimum five years in telecommunications or related field.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, MS Project).
• Must meet driving standards.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously.
• Ability to define a project scope and manage to completion.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, supervise and manage project staff.
• Monitor workload distribution and track installation progress.
• Plan for project profitability and manage financials.
• Review job costs, invoices, and customer collections.
• Manage quality and safety issues on customer work.
• Participate in and/or facilitate bid processes.
• Act as liaison with customer representatives and develop process improvements.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.
