Job summary

The Low Voltage Project Manager leads assigned projects, ensuring safety, quality and financial performance while coordinating with customers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Experience in customer interface, such as liaison between the customer and the Company.
• Minimum of five (5) years of supervisory or managerial experience.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in telecommunications or a related technical or construction field.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and MS Project).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously.
• Demonstrated ability to define a project, create a project scope of work, develop detailed tasks and manage to final completion and customer turnover.

Responsibilities

• The Low Voltage Project Manager will manage workload distribution and monitor customer delivery and job installation progress.
• Plan for, manage, monitor and maintain project profitability to achieve company goals.
• Review all job cost postings for accuracy and completeness, including invoicing, collections and financial reporting to customer and management.
• Manage quality and safety issues on customer work.
• Participate in and/or facilitate the bid process.
• Act as the company liaison for interface with customer representatives.
• Create, develop and implement account process improvements.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.
