IES Communications in Cedar Rapids, IA seeks a Low Voltage Project Manager with 6+ years of supervisory experience to lead field teams on nationwide projects. This 100% travel role requires strong coordination, budgeting, safety and client liaison, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and quality standards.

The candidate will review invoices, manage subcontractors, read blueprints, and drive project profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction. Regular travel across regions is expected.

Qualifications

• Must possess at least a High School diploma or GED equivalency; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Minimum five years of supervisory or managerial experience.
• Minimum five years of experience in telecommunications or related field.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and MS Project).

Responsabilités

• Manage workload distribution and monitor delivery and installation progress.
• Plan for, manage, monitor and maintain project profitability.
• Review all job cost postings and prepare invoices and reports.
• Handle quality and safety issues on customer work.
• Participate in and/or facilitate the bid process.
• Act as liaison with customer representatives.
