Job summary

IES Communications, LLC is seeking a Project Manager for Low Voltage Cabling with 100% travel. The role oversees project fabrication, installation, and management in line with safety, quality, and financial goals.

The position requires strong leadership, client liaison, and ability to read blueprints and project docs. A high school diploma is required, with a preference for a Bachelor's degree and at least five years of supervisory experience in telecom or construction.

Qualifications

• Must possess at least a High School diploma or GED; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Minimum of five years of supervisory or managerial experience.
• Minimum of five years of experience in telecommunications or related technical field.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and MS Project).
• Must meet Company minimum driving standards.
• Must be able to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously.
• Must have demonstrated ability to define a project, create a scope of work, and manage to final completion.

Responsibilities

• Manage workload distribution and monitor customer delivery and installation progress.
• Plan for, manage, monitor and maintain project profitability to achieve company goals.
• Review all job cost postings for accuracy and completeness, including preparation of invoices and financial reporting to customer.
• Manage all related quality and safety issues on customer work.
• Participate in and/or facilitate the bid process.
• Act as the company liaison with customer representatives.
• Create, develop and implement account process improvements.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.
