Warby Parker in Huntersville, NC seeks an optician to help customers see clearly and feel confident in their eyewear. You will measure, fit, and ensure eyewear meets our standards while delivering exceptional service.

As a licensed dispensing optician (or ABO-certified in non-licensing states), you’ll explain prescriptions, guide frame choices, and collaborate with a team committed to quality and service.

Formación

• Licensed dispensing optician or ABO-certified optician as required by state licensing.
• Passionate about eyewear and retail environments.
• Clear, effective communicator who can explain terms to customers.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced setting.

Responsabilidades

• Assist customers with eyewear needs and measurements.
• Take and record measurements, fit eyewear with accuracy.
• Ensure finished eyewear meets optical standards and customer specs.
• Explain prescription terminology and product offerings to customers.
• Collaborate with team to deliver exceptional service.
• Help customers choose frames and lenses based on prescription, fit, style and lifestyle.
• Contribute to sales and customer service best practices across the organization.
