Warby Parker is opening a new store and seeks skilled Opticians to join our in-store team. You’ll help customers see clearly by fitting eyewear, taking precise measurements, and ensuring products meet our standards.

Qualifications

• Licensed dispensing optician in states that require a license or ABO-certified in non-licensing states.
• Strong communication skills to explain terminology to customers.
• Detail-oriented with precision in measurements and fittings.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with customers to help meet all eyewear needs
• Take and record measurements, adjust and fit eyewear with accuracy
• Check that finished eyewear meets optical standards and customer requests
• Explain prescription terminology and product offerings to customers
• Collaborate with team to ensure exceptional service
• Help customers choose frames and lenses based on prescription and lifestyle
• Share best practices for sales and customer service across the organization
• Represent our brand and educate others about Warby Parker values and mission
