Bell Partners invites you to join our team as a Floating Leasing Consultant, traveling between properties to lease apartments, sell our offerings, and deliver exceptional service to residents and prospects in a designated market. You’ll coordinate applications, credit and income verifications, and renewals, maintain product knowledge, and conduct outside marketing.

A BA/BS in business or related field plus 1+ years in multi-family leasing or B2B sales is required; strong MS Office skills and

Qualifications

• BA/BS in business, sales, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years of multi-family leasing or 1+ years in B2B selling desirable.
• Strong marketing and creativity skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency with MS Office; knowledge of Yardi Voyager or similar.
• Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork ability.
• Ability to perform basic to intermediate math.

Responsibilities

• Lease apartments effectively and sell properties within budget guidelines.
• Follow Fair Housing Standards with prospects and residents.
• Track leasing traffic and monitor trends.
• Maintain product knowledge and conduct outside marketing.
• Coordinate application review including credit and income verifications.
• Prepare lease packets and files with all addenda and documentation.
• Ensure move-in condition and conduct final inspection with resident.
• Support renewals and coordinate lease renewals.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents.
• Maintain punctual attendance.
