Job summary

Bishop Lifting Products, Inc. is seeking a confident, adaptable Instructor to deliver hands-on and classroom training in industrial environments across the country. You will work with diverse client groups, representing the company professionally in field and classroom settings.

Responsibilities include ensuring curriculum alignment, maintaining records, and adapting training to site-specific needs. A history in industrial safety and related fields is preferred; travel is extensive.

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication and presentation skills.
• Requires at least 2 years of experience in industrial safety, construction, rigging, cranes, or related fields.
• Must be able to travel extensively (approx. 90%) to Bishop Lifting branches, customer sites, and more.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug test, physical and background check (including MVR).
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor‑led industrial safety and technical training at customer sites nationwide.
• Represent the company professionally in field and classroom environments.
• Ensure training is delivered in accordance with company curriculum and applicable standards.
• Maintain accurate documentation, attendance records, and certifications.
• Adapt instruction to meet site-specific and client needs.
