Job summary

Bishop Lifting Products, Inc. in Fort Wayne, IN is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to generate new client opportunities and expand existing accounts within the defined target market.

The role offers an annual base salary plus uncapped commissions, car program, cell phone reimbursement, PTO, and comprehensive benefits, with opportunities to advance in a fast-growing lifting solutions leader. Candidates should have 2+ years in outside sales in Rigging/Lifting or 3+ in Industrial/Equipment

Qualifications

• At least two years outside sales experience in Rigging/Lifting products preferred
• At least three years preferred in Industrial/Equipment sales
• Must understand and utilize consultative selling
• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Develop, penetrate and manage the defined selling territory, primarily by bringing in orders from new accounts
• Grow and deepen existing client relationships in the territory
• Follow and utilize the company’s sales systems and prospect development processes
• Identify prospect buying influences and present solutions to site challenges
• Meet activity and revenue objectives daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly
