Job summary

Bishop Lifting Products, Inc. is seeking an Outside Sales Representative in Salem, OR. This full-time role focuses on generating new client opportunities and expanding existing accounts within the defined territory.

The position requires 2+ years of outside sales experience in rigging/lifting products, strong consultative selling skills, and proficiency with CRM and Microsoft Office. Base salary is complemented by uncapped commissions and robust benefits.

Qualifications

• At least two years outside sales experience in Rigging/Lifting products.
• At least three years preferred in Industrial/Equipment sales.
• Must understand and utilize consultative selling.
• Must be sales and results driven.
• Experience working with a CRM and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Develop, cultivate, and penetrate the defined selling territory and target market prospects, primarily by bringing in orders from new accounts.
• Deepen existing client relationships in the selling territory.
• Follow and utilize the company’s sales systems and prospect development processes.
• Identify proper prospect buying influences and analyze site challenges and solutions.
• Meet daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly activity and revenue objectives.
• Participate in developing your annual sales development plan with management.
• Communicate effectively with all team members to ensure consistent delivery to the client.
• Build an effective professional network through organizations and events.
