Job summary

Bishop Lifting Products, Inc. in Salem, OR is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive new business in the lifting and rigging market, build relationships with customers, and meet revenue targets.

The role requires at least two years of outside sales experience in Rigging/Lifting (preferred), CRM experience, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with a team. Competitive base salary with uncapped commissions and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of outside sales experience in Rigging/Lifting products preferred.
• Three years in Industrial/Equipment sales preferred.
• Must understand and utilize consultative selling.
• Must be sales- and results-driven.
• Experience with a CRM and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Develop and penetrate the defined selling territory and target market, primarily by bringing in orders from new accounts.
• Deepen relationships with existing clients in the selling territory.
• Meet activity and revenue objectives daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly.
• Prepare and present daily/weekly pipeline reports.
