Job summary

CVS Health, through Signify Health, seeks a Full-Time Physician to provide in-home health evaluations across a defined coverage area. The role involves traveling up to 100% of the time, conducting 45-minute visits, reviewing medications and medical history, and performing physical evaluations.

Use of an iPad with a clinical workflow is required, and no prescriptions or lab orders are mandated. Must hold active medical licenses in the coverage area and be able to obtain multi-state licenses as

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted license(s) in coverage area(s).
• Able to obtain and maintain multi-state licenses in coverage area, as required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home health evaluations with a 45-minute visit.
• Review medication history and medical history.
• Perform physical evaluation and record findings.
• Order or coordinate diagnostic tests as indicated by health plan.
• Travel locally and nationally up to 100% of the time.
