Job summary

PACK Power, LLC is seeking a Field Supervisor to lead a small crew across multiple construction sites nationwide, focusing on high and medium voltage projects. The role requires travel to different job sites on short notice and strict adherence to safety standards.

You will read blueprints, supervise 1–3 apprentices, coordinate with foremen, and ensure work is on schedule while maintaining quality. Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits are included.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED with 4+ years construction experience.
• Reads blueprints and understands specs.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.
• Ability to travel to multiple job sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 1–3 apprentices/laborers on construction activities.
• Enforce safety policies and lead by example.
• Interpret blueprints and job orders; assign duties.
• Coordinate with jobsite supervisor/foreman as needed.
• Ensure work progresses on schedule.
• Complete required equipment maintenance and material transfer reports.
