PACK Power LLC is seeking a field supervisor to coordinate and execute construction activities safely and efficiently. The role supports nationwide project assignments, with per diem provided to assist with living expenses while on assignment.

You will lead a small team, interpret blueprints, ensure on-schedule progress, and travel to different job sites as required. The position demands a strong safety mindset and clear communication on diverse projects in HV/MV markets.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED with four+ years of related construction experience.
• Ability to read blueprints.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet timelines.
• Willingness to travel to different job sites on short notice.

Responsabilidades

• Promote and comply with all company safety policies and lead team to do the same.
• Leads a team of 1-3 apprentices/laborers in the safe and productive construction activities.
• Ensure that the workers under them do their job skillfully and efficiently.
• Make certain the assigned work progresses on schedule.
• Interpret specifications, blueprints and job orders to workers and assigns duties.
• Coordinate activities with jobsite superintendent/foreman and travel as needed.
