PACK Power LLC is seeking a construction supervisor to coordinate and carry out assigned tasks on HV/MV projects. You will lead a 1–3 person crew, interpret blueprints, manage safety, and ensure timely progress with quality outcomes.

The role emphasizes strong communication, adherence to safety policies, and collaboration with site leadership. Nationwide project opportunities may require travel; per diem is provided to assist with living expenses during assignments.

Competenze

• High school diploma (GED) with 3+ years in construction.
• HV substations training or experience preferred.
• LV systems, blueprints, and control wiring experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Lead a small team of 1–3 apprentices/laborers in safe, productive construction activities.
• Ensure work progresses on schedule and understands specifications, blueprints, and job orders.
• Coordinate with jobsite superintendents/foremen to align project activities and materials.
