Job summary

PACK Power LLC is seeking a hands-on Construction Supervisor to coordinate and execute HV/MV construction activities across projects nationwide. You will lead a small crew, read blueprints, and ensure safety, quality, and on-time completion while coordinating materials and equipment on site.

The role requires strong communication, planning, and problem-solving skills to manage field operations, travel, and daily reporting. Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 3+ years in construction.
• Experience with electrical/high voltage substations preferred.
• Experience reading blueprints and control wiring terminations.

Responsibilities

• Promote and enforce safety policies across the team.
• Lead 1–3 apprentices/laborers on construction activities.
• Ensure work progresses on schedule and to spec.
• Interpret plans and assign duties to crew.
• Coordinate materials, routing, and equipment.
• Assist with inventory, forecasting, and reporting.
