Job summary

PACK Power LLC is seeking a field supervisor to coordinate and execute high voltage construction activities across substations, transmission lines, and related systems. You will lead 1–3 apprentices or laborers, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity while interpreting blueprints and job orders for efficient work.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and 3+ years of related construction experience.
• Training and experience in electrical/high voltage substations preferred.
• Experience with LV systems, blueprints, and control wiring terminations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute construction activities safely and efficiently.
• Lead a team of 1–3 apprentices/laborers on site.
• Interpret specifications, blueprints and job orders and assign duties.
• Monitor progress to ensure work stays on schedule.
• Assist with inventory, tracking and forecasting of materials.
• Coordinate materials routing and site layout as needed.
• Complete required employee documentation and safety paperwork.
