Job summary

PACK Power, LLC is seeking a skilled HV/MV construction professional to coordinate and execute electrical installation tasks on substations, transmission lines, switchyards, and related systems. You will supervise a small crew, interpret blueprints, ensure quality and safety, and travel to multiple job sites as needed.

The role emphasizes safe, productive construction with a focus on high voltage expertise, hands-on problem solving, and collaboration across diverse teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 3+ years of related construction experience.
• Training and experience in electrical/high voltage substations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote and comply with safety policies and lead team to do the same.
• Lead a team of 1–3 apprentices/laborers in safe, productive construction activities.
• Ensure workers perform tasks skillfully and efficiently.
• Keep assigned work on schedule and interpret specs/blueprints.
• Coordinate materials and equipment routing; maintain inventories and reporting.
• Travel to different jobsites on short notice as required.
