Job summary

PACK Power LLC is seeking a Construction Supervisor to coordinate and execute HV/MV construction activities across multiple job sites. You will lead 1–3 apprentices, ensure safety and quality, and keep work on schedule while interpreting blueprints and coordinating with foremen.

The role requires strong safety practices, good communication, and the ability to travel on short notice to various sites nationwide.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 3+ years in construction.
• HV substations training is preferred.
• Experience with LV systems and reading blueprints is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute construction activities safely and productively.
• Lead a team of 1-3 apprentices/laborers on site.
• Ensure work progresses on schedule and interprets blueprints for workers.
• Promote and comply with safety policies and procedures.
• Travel to different job sites on limited notice.
