Job summary

PACK Power LLC is seeking a field supervisor to coordinate and execute construction activities for high voltage projects nationwide. You will lead 1-3 apprentices/laborers, ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to quality standards, and interpret blueprints and job orders on site.

Responsibilities include coordinating materials, tracking progress, and traveling to different job sites on short notice. A strong safety mindset and clear communication are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and 3+ years in construction.
• Training/experience in electrical/high voltage substations preferred.
• Experience with LV systems, blueprints, and control wiring terminations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote and comply with all safety policies and lead the team to do the same.
• Lead a team of 1-3 apprentices/laborers in safe, productive construction activities.
• Ensure workers perform duties skillfully and efficiently.
• Maintain schedule progress for assigned work.
• Interpret blueprints and job orders and assign duties accordingly.
• Suggest improvements to production methods and equipment use to increase efficiency.
• Assist with inventory, tracking, and forecasting of materials.
• Coordinate material routing and layout of work areas.
• May discuss personnel actions with supervisor and foreman.
• Coordinate with jobsite superintendent on project activities.
• Complete required equipment maintenance and transfer reports.
• Preplan daily activities and monitor tasks.
• Monitor small tooling maintenance and site materials.
• Complete required employee documentation when required.
• Travel to different job sites on short notice.
