Job summary

PACK Power, LLC is seeking a role that coordinates and executes construction activities to ensure safe, quality, and productive outcomes on the job. The position offers nationwide project opportunities with hourly pay plus a daily per diem to support living expenses while on assignment.

The candidate will lead 1-3 apprentices, interpret blueprints and job orders, and help manage materials, equipment, and daily preplanning.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and three or more years of related experience in construction.
• Experience with LV systems, blueprints, and control wiring terminations preferred.
• Training and experience in electrical/high voltage substations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote and comply with all safety policies and lead the team to do the same.
• Lead a team of 1-3 apprentices/laborers in safe, productive construction activities.
• Interpret specifications, blueprints and job orders and assign duties.
• Monitor progress to ensure work stays on schedule.
• Coordinate materials and equipment routing and site layout.
• Travel to different jobsites on short notice as required.
