Job summary

JE Dunn Construction seeks a Traveling General Superintendent - Justice to lead complex courthouse and corrections projects nationwide. You will develop project plans, oversee teams, manage safety and quality, and drive scheduling, cost control, and stakeholder communication.

Ideal candidate has 12+ years in construction, with senior field leadership and Lean experience, and a Bachelor’s in construction management or engineering. Valid driver’s license required; this is a nationwide travel role.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership of safety culture and project teams.
• Experience managing complex justice/corrections construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety culture and ensure injury-free environment.
• Manage subcontractors, staff, suppliers, and QA/QC programs.
• Develop work plans, site logistics, and project schedules.
• Monitor costs and budgets; report progress to owners and stakeholders.
