Job summary

JE Dunn Construction invites applications for a Traveling General Superintendent – Justice to lead complex courthouse and corrections projects nationwide. You will oversee safety, schedule, quality and subcontractors, guiding teams from preconstruction through closeout with strong leadership and Lean practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in construction management, engineering or related field.
• Experience leading Lean principles on projects (Preferred).
• Demonstrated success on Justice/Corrections construction projects and/or leading multiple project teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of large, complex projects from planning to completion.
• Manage subcontractors, staff, suppliers and program areas (Safety, Quality, EEO).
• Develop and manage work plans and project schedules.
• Coordinate field staffing, budgets and costs; monitor progress and reporting.
• Lead meetings (daily standups, weekly trade meetings) and progress reviews.
• Support project closeouts with owner, architect and authorities.
