Job summary

JE Dunn Construction seeks a Traveling General Superintendent - Justice to lead complex Justice/Corrections projects across the United States. You will develop project plans, supervise teams, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure safety, quality, and timely execution in alignment with JE Dunn’s strategy.

You will drive field operations, manage budgets, and collaborate with owners, architects, and authorities to deliver high-impact facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field.
• 12+ years of construction and field supervision experience.

Responsibilities

• Leads safety culture and ensures injury-free environment.
• Manages subcontractors and overall job workflow.
• Oversees staff, subcontractors, and QA/QC programs.
• Develops work plans for self-performed and subcontracted work.
• Coordinates site logistics and progress meetings (OAC).
• Manages project schedule, budget, and cost reporting.
