Job summary

JE Dunn Construction is seeking a Traveling General Superintendent - Justice to lead a growing portfolio of justice projects across the United States. You will develop project plans, oversee complex construction sequencing, manage teams, and ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery in alignment with JE Dunn’s strategy and values.

Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field, 12+ years of construction experience, and 10+ years of field

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field.
• 12+ years construction experience.
• 10+ years field supervision experience.
• Experience leading Lean principles on projects (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Leads largest, most complex stand-alone or multiple complex projects from planning to completion.
• Provides input and executes regional strategic initiatives.
• Manages project teams and aligns with owner, architect and authorities on project requirements.
• Drives safety culture and ensures compliance with QA/QC standards.
• Oversees subcontractors, suppliers and project cost controls and logistics.
