Job summary

JE Dunn Construction seeks a General Superintendent for our National Healthcare Division. The role oversees highly complex projects with full leadership responsibility, driving safety, schedule, cost control, and collaboration with owners and design teams.

Significant travel is required to support multiple sites nationwide. The ideal candidate has 12+ years of construction experience, a bachelor’s in a related field, and proven lean/building leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field preferred.
• Equivalent relevant experience will be considered.
• Strong leadership and safety culture capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of safety culture and ensure injury-free environment.
• Manage subcontractors, staff, and project workflow.
• Develop and oversee project plans, schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate project meetings and reporting to owners and stakeholders.
• Mentor field teams and drive lean construction practices.
