Job summary

JE Dunn Construction seeks an experienced General Superintendent to lead highly complex projects from initial planning through completion. You will manage teams, subcontracts, and budgets while maintaining safety, quality, and compliance across projects nationwide.

The role requires strong leadership, advanced scheduling and lean execution skills, and a track record of delivering on time and within budget for healthcare and other sectors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field (preferred).
• 12+ years construction experience.
• 10+ years field supervision experience.
• Experience leading Lean principles on projects (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Leads largest, most complex stand-alone or multiple complex projects from planning to completion.
• Provides input and oversight to project teams and regional initiatives.
• Manages budgets, schedules and subcontractors to maximize profitability.
• Ensures safety, quality, and regulatory compliance across projects.
