Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field.
• 12+ years construction experience.
• 10+ years field supervision experience.
• Experience leading Lean principles on projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety culture and ensure injury-free environment.
• Manage subcontractors and project workflow.
• Oversee staff, subcontractors, and QA/QC programs.
• Develop work plans for subcontractors and self-performed work.
• Coordinate site care, custody and control.
• Lead daily standups and progress meetings.
• Manage project schedule with Project Manager.
• Monitor budgets and costs via cost reports.
