Job summary

JE Dunn Construction is seeking a General Superintendent to develop and execute project plans for highly complex projects within the National Healthcare Division. This role requires leading the field team, coordinating safety, quality, and subcontractors, and ensuring alignment with JE Dunn’s strategy and values.

The position involves 100% travel to project locations, with autonomy to manage schedules, budgets and resources while reporting to the Field Operations leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field.
• 12+ years construction experience.
• 10+ years field supervision experience.
• Experience leading Lean principles on projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of complex projects from planning to completion.
• Develop and execute project plans and schedules.
• Manage safety, quality, and subcontractor coordination.
• Monitor budgets and profitability.
• Lead meetings and coordinate with owners, architects, and authorities.
