JE Dunn Construction is seeking a General Superintendent to lead the execution of complex projects within the National Healthcare Division. The role oversees safety, scheduling, budgets, and coordination with owners, design teams, and subcontractors.

Travel is 100% to various project sites as needed. Autonomy is emphasized; you will lead a team, drive lean construction practices, and report progress through regular meetings.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or engineering.
• 12+ years construction experience; 10+ years field supervision.
• Lean principles experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead safety culture and manage site safety programs.
• Develop project plans and manage scheduling.
• Oversee subcontractors, staff and budgets.
• Coordinate meetings and reporting to owners and design team.
• Ensure quality compliance and project closeouts.
