Job summary

JE Dunn Construction is seeking a General Superintendent who will drive all aspects of complex projects within the National Healthcare Division. You will lead safety culture, manage subcontractors and supplier programs, and coordinate with owners and authorities to ensure project success.

You will develop schedules, control costs, and oversee field teams to meet goals. The role requires strong leadership, advanced communication, and deep knowledge of construction processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
• 12+ years construction experience with 10+ years field supervision.
• Experience leading Lean principles on projects (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Leads all aspects of safety culture and enforces injury-free environment.
• Manages subcontractors and coordinates overall workflow.
• Oversees project staff, subcontractors, suppliers and QA/QC for projects.
• Develops work plans for subcontractors and self-performed work.
• Manages project site and logistics; coordinates with owners and authorities.
