JE Dunn Construction is seeking a General Superintendent to lead highly complex projects across our National Healthcare Division, with 100% travel required. You will develop project plans, manage teams, sequencing, and ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence on site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field.
• 12+ years construction experience with strong field supervision.
• Proven ability to lead safety culture and manage complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Leads all aspects of the project’s plan and schedules for complex projects.
• Manages subcontractors, staff, and project safety, quality, and compliance.
• Coordinates with owners, design teams and authorities during project execution.
• Develops work plans for subcontractors and self-performed work.
• Oversees budget, costs and procurement processes as needed.
