JE Dunn Construction seeks a General Superintendent to develop and execute complex project plans, lead teams, and manage safety, schedule, and budget across healthcare construction programs. Required is a bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field, plus 12+ years of construction experience and 10+ years in field supervision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field.
• 12+ years construction experience.
• 10+ years field supervision experience.
• Experience leading Lean principles on projects (Preferred).
• Valid and unrestricted drivers license required.

Responsibilities

• Leads all aspects of safety culture and ensures an injury-free environment.
• Manages subcontractors and overall job workflow.
• Oversees staff, subcontractors, suppliers and QA/QC programs.
• Develops work plans for subcontractors and self-performed work.
• Coordinates project site care, custody and control.
• Leads daily standups and weekly trade meetings.
• Produces and maintains project schedules and reports.
• Monitors budget and costs using project management data.
