Job summary

Athletico Physical Therapy is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator to ensure accurate patient intake and financial clearance, delivering a seamless front-office experience. You will work with the Clinic Manager and collaborate with clinical teams while receiving support from the PES.

The role includes managing enrollment in enrollment tools, educating patients on payment options, and contributing to revenue cycle performance. Comprehensive benefits are provided with full-time employment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in healthcare administration or customer service preferred.
• Strong knowledge of insurance verification and financial clearance workflows.
• Ability to meet performance metrics and work in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly and deliver exceptional front-office experience.
• Complete patient intake, registration, and verify insurance eligibility.
• Educate patients on financial responsibilities and digital tools.
• Collect time-of-service payments and meet collection targets.
• Manage clinic scheduling and optimize provider availability.
• Collaborate with PES, Billing, and Clinical Operations to resolve issues.
• Utilize EMR systems and dashboards to track metrics.
• Communicate patient progress notes to referral sources.
