Dayton Freight Lines, Inc. is seeking a Recruiter to support Service Centers with recruitment, hiring, training and onboarding of quality candidates.

Traveling to various Service Centers, Career Fairs, school or club presentations, and hiring events is required. You will collaborate with the Recruiting Manager, develop a strong pipeline using social media, job boards, LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, and search agencies; review applications, interview candidates, and coordinate onboarding across

Qualifikationen

• Detail oriented and highly organized with strong time management.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Experience conducting interviews and reviewing applications is a plus.
• Ability to collaborate with leadership and HR teams.
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.

Aufgaben

• Willingness to travel to Service Centers, career fairs and hiring events.
• Collaborate with Recruiting Manager to align strategies and goals.
• Develop and source a strong candidate pipeline via social media, job boards, LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals and agencies.
• Review applications for candidates at various levels.
• Recruit hourly employees and interns.
• Interview applicants in-person and virtually; arrange interviews for Hiring Managers.
• Coordinate interview processes and follow up with candidates.
