You will install and maintain firewalls, switches, access points, and phone systems, while coordinating across territories. Training is provided; strong communication and teamwork are essential to succeed in this fast-paced role.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid driver's license with minimal violations in recent years.
• Ability to travel up to 50% including overnights to customer sites.
• One-year certificate from a college or technical school preferred.
• Experience with ticketing systems and basic Exchange/AD infrastructure.
• Strong firewall, networking, and VMware experience is required.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365, GSuite, AD and Azure AD; documented tech skills.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer sites up to 50% overnight to perform onboardings and site visits.
• Create network documentation, deploy toolsets, and conduct network assessments.
• Install or maintain firewalls, switches, access points, and phone systems.
• Maintain inventory and repair parts; document work in the service tracking system.
• Update project and technical documentation; maintain professional communication with clients.
• Collaborate with teams in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
