Job summary

Goodwill Legacy Group is seeking a Facilities Regional Superintendent to travel across southern Indiana, maintaining and improving multiple locations. You will lead on-site repairs, manage vendor relationships, and guide renovations with safety and branding in mind.

Responsibilities include coordinating contractors, ensuring code compliance, and delivering high-quality facilities operations while maintaining strong relationships with internal teams and landlords.

Qualifications

• Oversee full-lifecycle construction projects with safety and quality standards.
• Budget supplies, equipment, and labor for projects.
• Read architectural drawings for construction specs.

Responsibilities

• Travel to Goodwill locations to maintain and repair sites.
• Lead point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate contractors and vendors for site work.
• Provide onsite leadership for new sites or renovations.
• Ensure compliance with building codes and safety standards.
