The Supervisor, Facilities & Grounds at Goodwill Legacy Group oversees daily operations, maintenance, and grounds across all locations. This leadership role, based in Indianapolis, supervises Facilities & Grounds Technicians and staff, coaching them to meet safety, quality, and customer expectations.

Responsibilities include coordinating building maintenance, landscaping, vendor services, work orders, pesticide application, and grounds projects, while upholding safety standards and CMMS-driven

Formación

• Facilities and grounds management experience, including safety and compliance.
• Experience supervising maintenance staff across multiple sites.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and prioritization abilities.
• Ability to coach and develop staff and lead cross-functional collaboration.
• Familiarity with CMMS and preventive maintenance programs.

Responsabilidades

• Directly supervise Facilities & Grounds Technicians and staff, assign daily work activities.
• Oversee maintenance, landscaping, pest control, and grounds upkeep across sites.
• Ensure safety, quality, and customer service standards are met.
• Coordinate vendor services, work orders, and preventive maintenance.
• Lead staff development, onboarding, scheduling, and performance feedback.
• Maintain maintenance records, inspections, and compliance reports.
• Communicate with leadership, contractors, and internal customers on priorities.
