Job summary

Goodwill of Central & Southern Indiana in southern Indiana is seeking a full-time traveling Facilities Regional Superintendent. The role travels to multiple Goodwill sites to maintain and repair facilities, lead projects, and coordinate with vendors to uphold brand and quality standards.

You will act as the onsite liaison for renovations, supervise contractors, manage budgets for supplies and labor, ensure safety and compliance, and report progress to Facilities leadership across locations.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and good driving record.
• Background screening required (pre-employment) and drug screen.
• Ability to travel to Goodwill locations using company vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Maintains and repairs equipment, buildings, and grounds at multiple Goodwill locations.
• Acts as the relationship manager and lead point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
• Oversees on-site leadership for new site or renovation projects and coordinates with general contractors and vendors.
• Ensures safety, quality, and compliance with building codes and standards.
• Leads facility-related communications and manages open work orders with stakeholders.
