Job summary

Goodwill Legacy Group in Indianapolis is seeking a Supervisory role to lead the Facilities & Grounds team. You will oversee daily maintenance, groundskeeping, and safety compliance across all locations, coordinating with contractors and internal stakeholders to maintain clean, safe, and professional facilities.

The position emphasizes coaching staff, managing work orders, and driving continuous improvement while ensuring high standards of service and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate landscaping, pesticide application, irrigation, and seasonal property care.
• Ensure facilities and grounds meet safety standards and company policies.
• Provide training, feedback, and career development for staff.
