Job summary

Southern Indiana, Inc. seeks a Senior Facilities Technician to maintain and repair physical locations, including corporate sites and retail locations, with travel required.

You will lead on-site activities for new sites or renovations, coordinating with contractors, landlords, and internal teams to ensure quality and timely delivery. The role requires a journeyman-level license, strong safety and customer-relations focus, and the ability to manage multiple tasks across locations.

Qualifications

• Requires journeyman-level expertise in electrical or carpentry trades.
• Strong communication and partnership skills with internal/external stakeholders.
• Proven ability to oversee full-lifecycle construction projects and manage budgets.

Responsibilities

• Travel to off-site Goodwill locations to maintain and repair facilities.
• Serve as relationship manager and lead contact for site issues.
• Coordinate with general contractors, landlords, and staff on renovations or new sites.
• Inspect repairs, perform preventive maintenance, and manage inventory of parts/tools.
• Ensure compliance with codes, safety standards, and company branding.
