Job summary

Goodwill of Central & Southern Indiana is seeking a full-time traveling Facilities Regional Superintendent based in the southern Indiana area. The role oversees maintenance for multiple sites, coordinates with contractors, and serves as the primary liaison for internal and external stakeholders.

The position requires on-site leadership for new sites or renovations, adherence to safety and quality standards, and strong communication and budgeting skills.

Responsibilities

• Travels to Goodwill locations to maintain and repair facilities and properties across sites.
• Serves as the relationship manager and lead point of contact for site stakeholders.
• Provides onsite leadership for new sites or renovations with contractors and staff.
• Coordinates contractors and vendors to complete work across sites.
• Ensures work meets safety, quality, and building code standards as well as customer expectations.
• Leads facility-related communications to coordinate repair activities and keep customers informed.
