Job summary

Goodwill Legacy Group seeks a Facilities Regional Superintendent for a full-time traveling role in southern Indiana. The position manages repairs, site relations, and large renovations across multiple locations with a focus on safety, quality, and ROI.

Responsibilities include coordinating contractors, leading on-site projects, maintaining equipment and inventories, and ensuring compliance with codes. Requires a journeyman’s license and strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Requires experience overseeing full-lifecycle facilities projects and contractor coordination.
• Ability to read architectural drawings and manage budgets for supplies and labor.
• Strong communication with internal/external stakeholders and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Travel to Goodwill locations to perform maintenance and repairs of facilities.
• Serve as relationship manager and point of contact for site issues.
• Lead onsite for new sites or renovations with general contractors and landlords.
• Coordinate contractors and vendors to complete work across sites.
• Ensure compliance with building codes and safety standards.
• Communicate status and plans to internal customers and site leadership.
• Perform preventative maintenance and inspect repairs; manage tools and parts.
• Maintain inventory and support training and cross-training within the dept.
